Skathowhoop™ by Skathow 3D makes fitting and removing your gaff-rigged mainsail simpler. Each hoop opens around the mast, while a detachable eye-tang stays permanently laced to the sail and reconnects by securing a single machine screw—saving time when rigging at the start of the season or preparing your boat for travel. Manufactured in ASA, an outdoor thermoplastic resistant to UV and weather, the hoops are easy to fit and individually replace if worn or accidentally damaged. Available in 4.5″ ( Shrimper 19 * Crabber 17 ), 5" ( Shrimper 21 ), 6″ ( Crabber 22 ) and 7″ ( Crabber 26 ) sizes, supplied individually or in packs of 6 . We recommend carrying one or two spare hoops aboard.

Warranty: Skathowhoop™ is warranted against defects in materials and manufacture when used for its intended purpose. As with any component of a sailing rig, loads can vary considerably and the warranty does not cover damage caused by excessive or shock loading, incorrect installation, misuse or modification. Skathowhoop™ has been deliberately designed so that an individual hoop can be quickly and easily replaced if it becomes worn or is accidentally damaged in use, and for this reason we recommend carrying one or two spare hoops aboard. Replacement hoops are available individually from Skathow Boat. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
